• DOMINO focuses solely on teaching English; therefore, always speak English on the premises. Disciplinary action may be taken against any student who does not comply.
  • Boys with long hair and wearing studs/bands, and girls wearing inappropriate dresses, will not be eligible to attend classes. The dress code should be maintained as per DOMINO’s official policy.
  • Eating/smoking is strictly prohibited in DOMINO. Kindly refrain from such practices and do not litter the premises. Remember: Cleanliness is next to godliness.
  • Capturing photos or making videos on the premises of DOMINO is strictly prohibited. Management may impound the device used for this purpose.
  • Students should refrain from roaming around the premises of DOMINO after classes are over.
  • Follow directives given by coordinators/admin or through SMS/WhatsApp channels from time to time.
  • Students displaying a violent attitude will be expelled immediately. Please refer to DOMINO’s STUDENT RUSTICATION POLICY.
  • Take care of your personal belongings/valuables as DOMINO will not be responsible for any loss.
  • Changes in class timings or campus transfer will be made as per policy. Short leaves will be granted as per policy, and no student can leave the premises during class timings without permission.
  • Avoid arriving late. Special care must be taken when the class/lecture is ongoing, as late arrivals and frequent cell phone use may distract other students and disrupt the educational environment.
  • Students arriving late for more than 10 minutes will not be allowed to attend class.
  • Absence for more than 2 days without an application may lead to the suspension of admission.
  • Bring DOMINO’s ID card daily and show it to security/administration on demand. Every student must scan their card before entering class for security and attendance purposes.
  • Strictly avoid discussing topics related to love, religion, or politics. Non-compliance may result in expulsion as per policy.
  • Monthly fees must be paid by the 5th of every month before the assessment test, even for late admissions.
  • Once paid, fees are neither refundable nor transferable, even if the student does not attend a single class for any reason.
  • Students must appear in monthly assessment tests, failing which may hinder the issuance of an English Language certificate.
  • After completing the course, English language certificates will be issued to students who have appeared in every assessment test and paid the certificate fee.
  • Students can claim their English Language certificates within 3 months after completing their course. No certificate claims will be entertained after this duration.
  • The duration of the course depends on the result of the placement test, which assesses language proficiency. Placement in different levels is based solely on students’ English skills.
  • Class timings are subject to change if the course changes after the placement test or if the need arises.
  • DOMINO reserves the right to merge classes or change their timings if necessary.
  • DOMINO reserves the right to change the fee structure at any time without explanation.
  • Students can consult the administration about official policies regarding any particular issue concerning students/education.
  • Students can directly visit the campus coordinator in case of any educational or class issue or send complaints directly to the director by scanning the QR code available at the reception desk/notice board.
  • Foreigners will be admitted after submitting their required documents along with a verified certificate from the concerned consulate/embassy.
  • Cooperate with the administration in maintaining a healthy educational environment. Enter to Learn — Leave to Serve.
  • Management reserves the right to send students back to their previous level if their progress is not up to the mark.
  • Inform administration if changing your cell phone number to stay updated through DOMINO’s SMS-based service.
  • DOMINO’s books are registered under the copyright act of the Government of Pakistan. Photocopying the books is a punishable offense according to the law.
  • Show your DOMINO ID card to Administration/Security if demanded.
  • Management reserves the right to cancel the admission of any student on administrative issues without giving any explanation.
